It’s already 7am and my children are screaming for Christmas chocolate/candy…I’m so glad the season is over! Apparently it’s not just me that needs to change my diet LOL! My main reason that will keep me doing this (or keep trying to do this) is that I want to be an example of healthy for my boys. To eat right and exercise. Not lay around all day and eat crap food like...
